In situ Painting at Hostel Autra Caussa, Switzerland

I was invited by heaven-for-art-lovers hostel Autra Caussa (that I warmly recommend) in the Grison region, Switzerland. During 3 days, I painted this door after Ingres, « Alien next Door ».  

I wanted her to be like an alien guardian medium spirit of the room 👽 took inspiration from an Ingres painting and butterflies that were everywhere in the Grison area in Switzerland, from the nature to water bottles and road signs.
